Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit's learning objectives

To get to know Volleyball, it is necessary to promote study and discussion about the contents of the organization, the technique, the tactics, the formal game. We seek that students also know the organization of formal and informal tournaments and competitions, in order to enable their application in professional practice. We also consider the knowledge of Beach Volleyball and Mini Volleyball to be important.
This curricular unit has an applied dominance, that is, didactic, promoting the development of students' motor skills associated with the learning and training experience component of the fundamental technical and tactical elements in Volleyball. We also promote the development of reflective competence on the elements of Volleyball and the games and tournaments held.
We believe that students should demonstrate a critical and scientific attitude in the interventions and work carried out. We also promote an attitude of commitment and commitment in carrying out the technical-tactical activities of Volleyball.

Teaching methodologies (including evaluation)

Methodologies:
Some of Volleyball's technical-tactical work elements are developed during classes;
Application of sectoral assessment sheets;
The assessment of knowledge and skills is carried out through direct observation of students' behaviors and attitudes when learning and training Volleyball, analysis and response to knowledge assessment questions in the assessment test.
Assessment:
To have continuous assessment, the student must meet 80% attendance.
Continuous assessment of students takes place during the semester: Final Grade = (0.50 * Practical-Intervention) + (0.50 * 2 Assessment Forms).
Final Exam: Final Grade = (0.50 * Written Test) + (0.50 * Practical and Oral Test)
Special regime students should approach the teacher in order to formalize a personalized assessment model and adjusted to their specific conditions, ensuring the assessment of knowledge and skills.

Demonstration of the coherence between the teaching methodologies and the learning outcomes

In order to know the contents of Volleyball and the organization of competitions, information and discussion methodologies, group work in class, research information, worksheets and videos are used.
To develop Volleyball practice skills, learning and training methodologies are used during exercises and games, group work in the pavilion, worksheets and videos, as well as individual work in research autonomy.
To develop a scientific attitude and an active intervention in the learning process, valuation methodologies and positive reinforcement of commitment, discussion and reflection on topics related to Volleyball are used, as well as the design of an intervention report.
