Know the guiding principles of Sports Training and its theoretical foundation;
Acquire conceptual instruments that can be used in the construction of training programs and assessment of practitioners of different modalities.

The range of strategies and  regent's pedagogical expertise combined with working meetings with other teachers on this professorship in order to choose for each situation and population the most effective strategies to be adopted to promote the progress of students's knowledge and skills.
