Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit's learning objectives

LO1 ¿ S1
LO2 ¿ S2
LO3 ¿ S2, S3, S4
LO4 ¿ S5 e S6
LO5 ¿ S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 e S6.

The syllabus is structured by chapters in which it starts from an analysis from the general to the particular, incorporating the fundamental concepts of logistics and SCM (LO1 - S1), going through the purchase process as the basis of analysis (LO2 - S2). This is followed by an approach to planning and coordination issues, contributing to capacity building in the selection of the best tools to resolve such organizational issues (LO3). The approach to issues related to the invocation of this theme (S5), as well as the alignment of the SCM (S6), aim to enable the design of the supply chain oriented towards customer service and cost optimization (LO4).
In a transversal basis (CP1 to CP5), adopting an holistic approach to logistics and SCM, it aims to contribute to a dynamic of integrated analysis for the resolution of complex problems, either individually or in groups (LO5).

Teaching methodologies (including evaluation)

M1 - expository method (for the theoretical component)
M2 ¿ demonstrative method (demonstration through videos, examples and the resolution of exercises)
M3 - participatory method (involve students in the discussion of exercises, case studies and group work, with a view to the integration and consolidation of knowledge, debates on the theoretical component)
M4 ¿ active method (for individual and group work)
M5 ¿ self-study (related to the student's autonomous work)
The distance HC (synchronous) will take place in a follow-up session of the work to be developed in group ¿ Group project (M4 and M5), as well as the presentation and discussion to the class (M3 and M4).

A1 ¿ Assignments (individual) ¿ 20%
A2 ¿ Group Project ¿ 30%
A3 ¿ Exam ¿ 50%

Demonstration of the coherence between the teaching methodologies and the learning outcomes

LO1 ¿ M1 e M2 (A1 e A3)
LO2 ¿ M1, M2 e M3 (A1, A2 e A3)
LO3 ¿ M1, M2 e M3 (A1 e A3)
LO4 ¿ M3, M4 e M5 (A2 e A3)
LO5 ¿ M4 e M5 (A1, A2 e A3)

The curricular unit aims at the typology of lectures and demonstrations for the introduction of concepts and a fundamental language of logistics and supply chain management, in line with LO1, adding the participatory methodology for greater dynamics in the exploration of the various techniques and analysis tools in different contexts, comprised of LO2, LO3 and LO4. In this way, whenever possible, examples of real organizations will be mentioned, either nationally or internationally, in order to illustrate the topics taught.
LO1, LO2 and LO3 refer to the framework of the different concepts and tools, competences assessed through a test (A1).
The group project allows for an integrated view of logistics and supply chain management (LO4).
As a transversal objective, LO5, implies the active study (M4) and self-study (M5) approach, important for all assessment items, whether individual (A1 and A3) or in a group (A2).
