The student develops instrumental skills, in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and in terms of information management for the resolution of health problems of the person/family and community. The theoretical contents are mobilized by the student, showing the evolutionary learning capacity with new situations-mobilize-if concepts and instruments for assessment and intervention in family and community, aiming at your empowerment - demonstrating a systemic development of skills. The student integrates multidisciplinary teams demonstrating critical and self-critical skills in clinical context, developing the interpersonal level skills.
Considering the centrality of the student in the teaching and learning process for the organization and development of this CU, the student develops the provision of care in real contexts of clinical practice in Primary Health Care - Family Health Units, Personalized Health Care Units and Community Care Units.
Moments of formative assessment are privileged, with discussion of clinical cases with a group of students and nurses from the clinical context, and scientific-pedagogical guidance individually and in groups. Evaluation: performance - 75% of the final grade. The student prepares 1 written reflection (25% of the final grade), centered on a learning moment.
A productive investment in hours of autonomous work is assumed, which in this UC should focus essentially on the scientific evidence available in the area of health literacy, family and community nursing, along with the guidelines inherent in the operationalization of the PNS 2021-2030.
It is expected that the student shows ownership of a set of competences cognitive dexterity, intellectual and revealing instrumental, allowing you to the necessary extent and context to the family and the community in accordance with the objectives of the training course. Promotes the student ownership, since an initial phase of training, the mission, objectives and functional organic Unit where it is inserted. In this period of clinical training opportunities created in real context, allow the student to adapt progressively and develop your autonomy in new situations without losing sight of the relevant health information for planning of care to the person/family and community, based on conceptual models. In the same sense is expected that the student demonstrate capacity for analysis and synthesis of data to the person/family and the community as a client, mobilizing strategies for teaching and learning with a view to your empowerment.
