In laboratory practices, it is expected to resort to role playing, particularly with regard to the theme of relationship with the person/family with mental disorder. The assessment will be carried out using an individual written test (50%), laboratory practices ( 10%) and the preparation of written group work with presentation at a seminar (40%). In the latter, the classification will be obtained by taking the arithmetic average between the classification of the presentation and that of the written work The autonomous component of the curricular unit can be carried out through practical exercises that enhance decision-making. Bibliographical research and additional readings suggested by teachers

The analysis of situations related to the practice is a methodology that allows the differentiation of psychopathological changes taking as reference the main psychopathological frameworks integrating them into the care plan, namely from the discussion of clinical cases, as well as the recognition of the main therapeutic approaches developed in the prevention and treatment in mental health promoting the development of capacities for the decision making integrating the ethical-deontological issues and the legal aspects. In the scope of practical laboratory typology, role/role play is used to develop communication skills with the person/family with mental disorder. In order to promote the development of student learning in this curricular unit, invited lecturers (experts in clinical practice) are required whenever the current and specific nature of the subject demands it.
