The basic instruments in nursing and the scientific method constitute as catalysts for the development of the capacity to analyze the importance of individualization of care.
The UC is developed in theoretical, theoretical-practical teaching sessions, laboratory practices, tutorial guidance and seminar. Laboratory practices (PL), a type of teaching carried out in a laboratory, using simulation from virtual scenarios whose purpose is learning, with the exploration of methods, processes and application techniques to understand the concepts and principles inherent to teaching theoretical (T), and/or theoretical-practical (TP) and internship (E) essential to the development of instrumental skills; relational and systemic. The autonomous component of the curricular unit will be carried out by the student by: Analysis of scientific bibliography on the topics covered and others considered complementary to the development of skills. Group work will be developed, with tutorial guidance and seminar presentation and an individual written test. Assessment - (Frequency - 50%); (Group Work - 40%) and (Laboratory Practices - 10%)
As the program is organized around paradigmatic orientations as organizers of the person's approach to the satisfaction of basic human needs, the student-centered teaching methodologies allow the gradual appropriation of contents, favoring the development of cognitive, practical and communicational skills, which Aim at the support / education of citizens in the satisfaction of their basic human needs, fundamental for independent living.
