Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit's learning objectives

To better understand the importance of international human resources management, classes include a theoretical component and a practical component:
Objective 1: syllabus 1
Objective 2: syllabus 2
Objective 3: syllabus 2, 3 and 4
Objectives 4: syllabus 2 to 6
Objective 5: syllabus 5
Objective 6: syllabus 2 to 6

Teaching methodologies (including evaluation)

Continuous evaluation:
1. Case studies analyzed in the classroom (25%)
2. Individual work (25%)
3. Preparation of an expatriation and repatriation plan (50% - individual work that replaces attendance)

Final exam:
1. Less than 10 points in the continuous assessment
2. Students who choose not to carry out any assessment throughout the semester


Demonstration of the coherence between the teaching methodologies and the learning outcomes

In order to provide students with the acquisition of knowledge related to international human resources management, the following methods will be used:
- Expository method for presenting concepts
- Demonstrative method through discussion of case studies
- Participatory method through practical exercises and analysis of real cases.
