Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit¿s learning objectives

This curricular unit intends to develop management and leadership skills, mobilizing the learning of management theories, in a New Public Management logic. Knowledge of the Portuguese Health System is valued, from the perspective of public health policies, of organizations based on different legal statutes, promoting the acquisition of knowledge leading to the skills inherent in leadership and management of quality nursing care and promoters of patient safety. customers.

Teaching and learning methodologies specific to the curricular unit articulated with the pedagogical model

The approach methodology to the contents will mobilize the professional knowledge of the learners, based on diagnostic evaluation as one of the planning dimensions of the approach to the contents.

Scientific evidence on the topic under discussion will be mobilized in the learner-centered approach,
The assessment will be formative in the field of student participation throughout the content approach, discussing the indicators and methodology at the beginning of the work

Coherence occurs from the principles of adult education and the centrality of learning in the learner.
The learning objectives are demonstrated from the analysis and reflection capacities on the conditions of the professional activity, the sharing of knowledge, experiences, qualifications and competences to be shared with the group of learners.
