S4 - Business model
The need to enhance the development of the organization makes innovation management an important area to ensure the success of any organization. In the case of Health Organizations, innovation is focused, namely by offering services whose characteristics are highly valued by customers, through innovation processes in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided. Entrepreneurship emerges as innovation, problem-solving and decision-making, skills that must be developed and applied using Design Thinking with the presentation of a business model proposal.
LO1 integrates CP1 and CP2.
LO2 integrates CP1, CP2 and CP3.
LO3 integrates CP2 and CP3.
OA4 integrates CP4.
The sessions will be centered on the students individual learning process, supported by learning by doing and sharing relevant experiences.
During contact hours, expository (M1), demonstrative (M2), participatory (M3) and active (M5) methodologies will be used.
The synchronous distance learning hours are essentially used in tutorials on the use of Design Thinking and business plan tools.
M1. Exhibitions Concepts.
M2. Presentation of cases and examples of the use of Design Thinking tools
M3. Participative - Discussion of cases and examples, with a view to integrating and consolidating knowledge.
M5. Active Apply the tools of Design Thinking and Business Models.
M4. Self-study analysis of Design Thinking tools and preparation of a business plan.
A1 Presentation and discussion of a Design Thinking tool, individual 40%.
A2 Elaboration of the business plan, in a group 60%.
An interactive methodology for sharing experiences and knowledge enhances learning. The aim is to develop skills that allow meeting the learning objectives with the following distribution:
