Teaching methodologies (including evaluation)
Approach strategy centered on student learning, using the expository-interactive methodology that promotes the capacity for reflection and analysis, using powerpoint presentations and visiting reference sites. Priority will also be given to guided research, as well as the reading and analysis of documents. The research, reading and analysis of complementary documents are recommended as relevant strategies within the scope of the student's autonomous work. The evaluation of the curricular unit, of process and results, operationalized by the development of a group work with moments of tutoring and with a presentation in a seminar, will correspond to: - 45% - document produced; - 40% - seminar presentation; - 15% - individual participation.
Demonstration of the coherence between the teaching methodologies and the learning outcomes
With the expository-interactive method, it is intended that students assimilate the structuring contents of the curricular unit, which, along with the results of research, reading and analysis of reference documents, will constitute foundations for the development of group work. By actively participating and taking responsibility for their learning process, students will develop analysis and synthesis skills as well as, through the confrontation of ideas within the scope of group work, the development of interpersonal skills. The moments of tutoring will allow the monitoring of students' learning. The presentation of work in a seminar will promote the development of skills for communicating results to groups.
