It is recommended that content be developed taking into account the acquisition of knowledge, prioritizing the analysis and reflection inherent to the functions and management process in the interface with customer service and the consequent responses to their needs and expectations from an administrative work perspective. Organizational communication gains prominence from a perspective of change and building positivity in the organization inherent to quality management.
An approach strategy centered on student learning is advocated, using an interactive expository methodology that promotes the ability to reflect, using PowerPoint presentations and demonstrative videos. Research, reading and analysis of documents are also recommended as relevant strategies within the student's autonomous work. The evaluation of the curricular unit, process and results, will be carried out through the development of a written group work with presentation.
The weighting is as follows:
- 60% - written document and 40% for individual presentation of the work.
With the expository-interactive method, it is intended that students assimilate the structuring contents of the curricular unit, which, together with the results of research, reading and analysis of reference documents, will constitute the basis for the development of group work.
By actively participating and taking responsibility for their learning process, students will develop analysis and synthesis skills as well as, through the confrontation of ideas within group work, the development of interpersonal skills.
Tutoring moments will allow students to monitor their learning.
